Please note that all website services are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully processed and access details along with your Welcome Email have been sent, your project officially begins. At this stage, work is scheduled and resources are allocated specifically to your order, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully read and follow all instructions provided in the Welcome Email. Any delays caused by incomplete submissions, missed steps, or failure to follow onboarding instructions are not the responsibility of TJbanksConsultancy.
We strongly encourage clients to thoroughly review all onboarding materials and contact our team should assistance be required. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

Store niches, product selections, and theme options are subject to availability. If a selected option is unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal value may be provided.

- Supplier performance or shipping times
- Platform policies or payment gateway approvals
- Third-party services, applications, or tools
- Ongoing operational costs, including but not limited to Shopify subscription fees, payment gateway fees, supplier costs, advertising spend (Meta, TikTok, Google), and app or tool subscriptions
