Please note that all website services are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully processed and you have received access along with your Welcome Email, your project officially begins. At this stage, work is scheduled and resources are allocated specifically to your order.
Refund requests are not permitted once ownership, access, training materials, or any DFY work has been rendered.
Failure to carefully read or follow the instructions outlined in your Welcome Email may result in delays to your setup. Our team will not be held responsible for delays caused by missed steps, incomplete submissions, or lack of client action.
Please note that Banks Consultancy and all recommended suppliers operate as separate business entities. We do not fulfill, process, or manage orders on behalf of your business.
Additionally, you operate as an independent business entity. Banks Consultancy is not liable for delays, losses, or outcomes caused by client inaction, late responses, or failure to proceed with launching or operating the business.
All Welcome Emails and onboarding instructions are sent via the communication channel provided at checkout.
